The Seals' AK variant (yes, it's an AK) of choice happens to be a type 56, i.e. an AK by any other name. I'd love to have one, but they are getting really pricey/hard to find. Bliss would be if my Valmet M76 were chambered in 7.62x39 instead of .223. I have to settle for my SKS or WASR 10/63 for that thrill.

why gunfire sounds everytime different? because it depends on WHERE you are shooting (outside, inside, room, hall, city with large houses and so on because -> buildings reflecting sounds), which cal., firerate and and and. also dont forget: in real life a shot is extremly loud. you cannot input such sounds into a game. you would get bloody ears after 3 min. counterstrike :ugly:

Nick , AK-47 has 3 modes in it, one is burst, the second is semi auto, and the third one is "lock" / Safety lock. There's no Semi-Auto AK-47 out there. That's why it's called AK i.e. Automatik Kalashnikov

There are semiautomatic AK-47's. Especially in the US. Romanian WASR-10's and SAR's (most popular), Bulgarian SA's, Norinco (pre-AWB).
