How in the H*LL can anyone especially a JUDGE believe that was an accident.First of all anyone with common sense knows you NEVER leave an infant,toddler or young child by themselves in a bathroom with running water or water already in the tub.She probably did it herself and then did what she did or said to use as a cover up to try and make it look like it was an accident.My 3yr old doesnt even know how to turn on the water in the tub,so Im sure a little 2yr old is incapable.RIP LIL EVANDER:)

HOW did YOU ever ALLOW this to happen in the 1st place!? YOU made a decision to place this little boy in the care of someone that was NOT capable of this childs needs & requirements by YOUR OWN law/act . YOU put Evander in endangerment which led to his death ...YOU ALSO should be held accountable & sued !

i dont know if it was o npurpose because she could have given him back... it was foster care. the child was left alone and could of change the water temperature but why did she not hear him crying.. he was probably fighting to get out and hurt himself! no one just gets third degree burns and is quiet. if the waters even looks hot to my kid he wont get in! she rested that baby in there and let him cook :_(

were the burns from the hot water I put my son in a bath tub for 2 sec that was to hot but pulled him out so fast it would make your head spin
