@shredingme - yes and no, not intoxication per sae. it was combination medication drugs, two of his medicines (prescribed by doctors) had 'dis agreeing' ingrediants, he died in his sleep and wasnt found till sound check 3pm that afternoon, they also wrote four became one for casy as well

With the release of A7X's new album today, I'm remembering the Rev and Casey. It's a sad day, and I've cried because I miss them both terribly. Casey was beautiful musician and whoever disliked this video is a complete dick for not understanding the bereavement that this song represents.
