I don't usually go for covers.. actually never do. This, I like.. and I'm the biggest Smith's slash Morrissey fan out there. I see this version being played by the same band in a movie, in the background in like a David Lynch film at a bar scene where the leading man and lady are in a sharp conversation and this song plays behind them almost as loud as the conversation is.

It's supposed to be about a brit hooligan fo the 80ies! It needs less class and for more noise. Morrissey's interpretation is savager: better!
