I have -689 with the Grox 'cause i took over 5 Systems belongs to them...

nope, sorry. you'll have to either destroy them completely or start the game again

is there a way to ally the grox and your allies still are allies with you?

no soz if there was a way i would have said. there might be a way but its probably a cheat or hack

But i already had a orange face after doing just 1 mission for the grox, maybe because i played on easy?

I think i try this now, and nuke all other civs afterwards :D
