i'm more of a dog person, but to each their own. i know you posted this video several months ago, but i hope i can give u some advice. the thing about border collies are that they are very used to herding, it's just in their blood, so they need a lot of exercise and things to keep them occupied. also, dogs aren't quite as independent as cats, so they need a lot more attention. they are great animals, but attention and exercise is key!

Get a remote control car or something like that but it goes quite fast and you don't have to move with it then when you take them for walks along the beach or whatever set the car off, and the dogs will chase after it, and then that will get them tired out. Or you can get a ball thrower it's like a long sort of bended stick with half of a tennis ball shape on the top. And you put the ball in the top part and throw it and if your stron, it goes really far away and that gets them tired out too

Just treat them no differently than you'd treat a human child - lots of love and discipline; and be sensitive to their feelings. Then you'll have the best friends as well as very obedient dogs.

Also, be sure to get them enough exercise. Those dogs need to run. Either take them to a dog park where they can run around, or take them with your bike (with long leashes) and let them run alongside you. (Perhaps one at a time with the bike would be best.)

From having two jack russell puppies and one siberian husky my best advice for you is take as many trips to the park or go for walks as much as possible. Most puppies are action packed full of energy and going outside is the best way to burn that energy.

Well for the advice part, I think a lot of people already told you getting a book or an instructional DVD is the best way, so I'm just here to tell you, you'll LOVE dogs!!

You can connect better with them, and they are always so affectionate!

oh and for the potty training, don't get discouraged. They'll understand sooner or later.

you want to take puppies on alot of walks so they don't go in the house and if you leve the house put them ether out side on a tethe or if there is an electric fence use that or put them in a crate locked up.

give them a bunch of love. one thing i learned the hard way is that if ur mean to dogs they HATE you with passion. if ur gonna discipline them just make sure that wut they did was wrong but not like abuse of them and when they do something they're supposed to do or something good literally make a huge deal out of it. show them that wut they did was good and that'll hopefully encourage them to do it again and if ur gonna hit em hit them with a reason but rlly try not to physically hurt them
