It looks like a chalazion. You never want to pop a chalazion. Always use a hot compress so the fluid inside can escape. If you squeeze it the inflammation will just get bigger.

uck ingrown eyelids hurt so bad! thats all it is, no cyst.. ive gotten them many of times, and im a male.. shit hurts!
