@hemanshera777 You'd have to see the whole episode to get the context. The doctor giving the injection to Elmo was the First Lady, and the woman watching them was the President and First Lady's daughter. The daughter is a shy, private person who had just been smeared in the press, basically because she's the President's daughter. The president's staff was trying to persuade her to talk to the press, but she was shy. In that scene, her mother inspired her to change her mind.
This was one of my favorite tv shows. I remember watching this one and the funny scene with Big Bird and the Press secretary "C.J." How come our real White House has never done this? Couldn't you just see Bill Clinton playing the Sax with Hoot and his band?
elmo geting a shot hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Yes it was really on the West Wing: During the 5th season the title of the episode was «Eppur Si Muove» it aired March 3, 2004 There an equally funny scene involving Big Bird, CJ and a bench during that same show but I am certain you must have seen it on you tube by now.

Adorable. I think that was the episode with CJ sitting next to Big Bird and being awkward.
I like how they never broke character with the Muppets. No puppeteers or anyting.
