Yep. Any movement at all in videos is screwed up thanks to the flv treatment on their end. I still have found no way to improve it.

Save it as a flv to begin with before upload. You can use a free program called Super. This will keep youtube from changing it at all. Videos will upload slower for the viewer. They come out perfect though. There are some tutorials on youtube. I have a couple of videos in my favorites that explain it.
