@buddycowfriendly You earn money, and you should have a choice between unlocking a new person or a new neighborhood. The only thing is, if you choose to unlock a person, you can choose whoever you want. If you choose a neighborhood, you don't get a choice. You unlock whatever is next on the list. It goes Evergreen Terrace, Entertainment District, Springfield Dam, Nuclear Power Plant, Downtown, and then Springfield Mountains xP

The one in the top left corner is the time for the game. When this time runs out the game will be over.

The stopwatch next to it is for the passenger you have. If this time runs out the person will complain that you took too long and leave.

i used to love this game and simpsons hit and run i got them for christmas 2004 and played them alot in 2005 i finished road rage pretty fast but hit and run took me from 2005 to january 2008
