  • Smoking fags in the vocal booth. Classic.

  • that recording footage is awesome. that two tribes vocal came out of that?! great upload.

  • lol, but im in the group, how can they go on without me?

  • What is the mix of Two Tribes that comes in at 1:10 when they are all bowing their heads?

  • @cra008 i think the mix is called "between rulers and ruling"

  • Holly Johnson indicated Jill Sinclair made his life miserable.

  • @luciaatherton

    You are drunk. Good luck!

  • The Studio near the end is Sarm East.

  • I believe that's the same country estate where in a tragic accident in 2004, Jill was mistakenly shot at and in the neck with a bb pellet by their son Aaron. She was rushed to a hospital with a severe neck wound. She was able to survive, but remains in a natural coma to this day.

  • @hwyfan polite correction: The accident was in 2006 and yes it is indeed tragic beyond words. :(

  • I LOVE Trevor's voice! He talks just like he sounds...(except in the song Kid Dynamo). His voice is a bit deeper and he speaks for a small bit. I wish there were more interviews with him... :-/

  • THATS THE FIRST TIME I HERD TREVOR TALK

  • @nikobelic25000 heh, i cried, he is awesome

  • I think that's Stephen Lipson sat next to Trevor Horn at the end. There's a great video on Youtube with Stephen and he looks like he's off his head.

  • The Frankie Goes to Hollywood production was so good.

  • Two Tribes is one of the strongest, most driving and powerful tracks I know. Such great use of the Fairlight by Horn and co. !

  • Wow! Amazing clip. Frankie in the studio. I've been fascinated with early ZTT since 83 84. The whole package.

  • The very controversial and untalented Frankie Goes to Hollywood........On a different note, Trevor sure had alot of guts becoming lead singer for Yes, even though it didn't work out. It's amazing when you think that he still became responsible for their massive success a few years later!

  • @pazzensutra strange thing is, trevor wouldn't have been so succesfull without them so they brought something that was unique at the time - watch them play born to run live on The Tube; not huge talents but they could play and the bass player completel nails the bass solos, note perfect, and loads off fk'n attitude what is always what pop/rock is about

  • @ RaiseTheTitanic1980 Yet another Noise co-founder Paul Morley, strategizing a ZTT act's attack on Pop Music

  • This documentary must be from April 1984 since Dr Mabuse by Propaganda was in the charts then, as my current uploads show.

  • Up Trevor Horn!

  • And there isd J.J.Jezalik from the 'Art of Noise' working on the CMI Fairlight sampler @ 2:23

  • Wow ! Just wow ! Thanks a lot ! Got any more of this ?

  • MAN, awesome upload, what a treasure! Trevor Horn, maybe the best and most talented producer of all times (and, of course, inventor of pop music). :-)
