it only looks like its going slow but actually the propeller is spinning at over 2500 revolutions per minute

It must be a one-cylinder engine. The RPM's are VERY low on that type of engine. (LOL) Seriously, it just LOOKS like the prop is moving slow because of the "stroboscopic effect". It's what happens when a movie film camera or electronic digital camera has a shutter speed that's close to the rotating object. What you see is the difference, which may be only a few RPM, and sometimes it will stand still. You will see this effect on old movies of moving spoked wheels, etc.

i'm a few blocks from the north shore of Gogebic. I live in bergland, i hear little planes fly over everyonce and a while. Sometimes u can hear and if your lucky u can see F-16's playing around up here.

Nice Video! What part of the U.P. was this? My first plane ride was at the Gogebic/Iron County airport in a Cesna similar to this one.

This was heading South from flying over the Southern lake Superior beach. That is lake Gogebic in the first 10 seconds and we were about half way between Iron Wood and lake Gogebic, and we could see KIWD from the air.

Here are a few more pics of the plane. It is based out of Madison, but I flew my wife and I up to Manitowish Waters for a few days and then did some sight seeing from the air in the U.P.
