modthesims2 is a site where you can download every different types of custom contents for the sims2. You need to register to be able to download though. Just search for guitar and you'll get the list of guitars avalabale.

You get most your stuff from MS2 no? I see you like q3tbo's little fashions too. Try not to get the plumbbobs into the video or the cutoffs on the houses. If you can always put your walls up with the roof showing. I recommend the cheats plumbbobtoggle, showHeadlines off, maxmotives, motivedecay off and intprop censorgridsize o... :3 It helps.

The house, just build them next to each other and with the right angle, the 'neighbours' will be in frame. The hair and everything else that's not in game stuff, I just downloaded them. I don't know how to made them myself.
