That was truly, truly horrible. The writers must have been originally intending for a cute scene but the emotionless voice-acting, lack of any change in facial expression and music ruined this. When Lymle walks over, it seems like moving in that dress is very difficult. Her gait just seemed incredibly unnatural. Then, as she angrily snatches, whatever that thing is, again, no change in facial expression. None of these characters seem human.

Yeah honestly, when I beat it as well, I thought the same thing O.o lol. I was immediately confused. The little plot with her and the manual too I think insinuates that the way she got her little doggie (forgot the name, its been a while lol) and being in another plane specifically seemed to cause her to look way too young, and then in the epilogue, she starts to turn into a teenager. Maybe her growth was just delayed? Hm. But yeah, parts of the whole game I thought were kinda confusing lol.
