@gljohnson33 BBC and Southern Television took reams of flight footage, some from a helicopter. In the 1990s, they wanted a great sum of money for this footage. Now, they deny it exists, despite many millions of Britishers over age 46 that remember it! Not to mentkion the hundreds that witnessed the Sunday flight Demos from Warminster and Berkshire, UK.

@abm3152 Actually I have spoken to several people who have attended these presentations... It is the old bait and switch scandal. They are lured in with promises of a real live demonstration of the self powering and levitation claims and then Searl claims "Oops technical difficulties have prevented us from doing that so here is a crappy mock up model run on a car battery". Ofcourse this announcment comes after they make sure that they have collected everyone's entrance fee.

Has any one seen the flight footage BBC shot? I have been looking for it but all my searched are turning up is just slide shows of stills. I have never actually seen the video feed of the flight. Does any one know where I might find it?

@thesoulhack Yes I am familliar with the UFO sightings in warminster in the 1960's. Searl has tried many times to claim that what the people there saw was his IGV being test flowen. However, the object that the eye witnesses describe is the shape of a four pointed star. Searl's IGV is claimed to be a disk shape. I have no doubt that the people of warminster saw something but I am confident that it was not Searl's IGV.
