here is my take. Berkeley springs is one of the best AA schools in the state. a win is a win no matter how big the school. last year, Berkeley beat martinsburg for the first time in school history. AA schools have less students, which means less talent they can pull from in the student body. however, whatever talent they DO have is highly capable of beating bigger schools. I also give coaching staff some credit in that as well.
