WOW! Love the sound of 750bhp. Why cant people appreciate the fact that all forms of motor-sport are different. NASCAR through history has been racing "stock" cars on ovals. Its where it all started. WRC race modified stock cars on circuits using the way the land flows. True road racing. To compare these two is like comparing Ford to Chevy. Both USA car comp. but both have different history and stories. The only sim. is man and machine test limits to win. No one is better. Just love MOTOR-SPORTS

@soulcalibur22 True, I think the reason it looks slow is because of the zoom-in lenses eliminate the backround images, making it seem like they arent moving fast because the camera always follows the cars...

@KRT049 WRC is most complex type of racing. It is not just time trial, it requires MUCH more strategy and skill to control 300hp monster that accelerates to 100 in less than 3s even on gravel. In WRC you have to drive on worst and most unpredictable roads at high speeds and that is boring? Nascar or some other sports doesn't have any handbrake turns, powersliding etc. btw I seen torc, wtf? Its motorcross or something? that is no rally -.-

@zeyeerboost You're full of shit dude, and since when was 300HP considered "monstrous"..... The 0-100KM/h(0-60MPH) is about 2.47sec. Even so, if you gear these cars like a Cup car, or F1, it would take them ages to reach speed... If you have actually seen a T.O.R.C. event, you would know they don't have motocross(BTW, wtf is motorcross?). Rallycross is pretty badass though.

@KRT049 When I say monstrous, I mean on 2.0l engine producing 300hp with restrictor. WRC have restrictors, and if you take it off it can have 500+hp. Even with long gears, WRC car will accelerate very fast.

I agree, TORC is pretty cool, but it doesn't have what WRC has. You won't see torc cars on track like Acropolis or at tracks with very high/low temperatures, but instead you will see them only on rallycross stages...

@zeyeerboost I agree on the power, restrictions come with safety. Even NASCAR uses restrictor plates on Superspeedways. If they didn't, cars would exceed speeds of 240 MPH, and these cars already fly through the air at 170 MPH. Course complexity, WRC is #1 for sure. I take back my statement on it being boring.... it was just the heat of the conversation.....

Bottom line is WRC has nothing on NASCAR without it's drivers and we've seen the likes of Kimi Raikkonen from WRC and greats from F1, and Indy, and bottom line is, our cars make the DRIVER do the work. That's all I need to say. The HP and wheel spin in this vid speaks for itself, but again, you'll just see the flaws you're looking for.

@bmwrallysport hey is good to know your opinion on my favorite auto sport isn't favorable lol but that doesn't mean the format should be changed, obviously people like it for what it is. Plus i do believe all these teams know their running rules that are formatted for a different period of time but it's what makes nascar what it is. It doesn't have to be like other series because you can just watch them instead you know.

This car was on loan from Joe Gibbs Racing. Just a note...these aren't "NASCAR's". NASCAR stands for National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing. This is a Sprint Cup Series car. They must have detuned this car a bit...generally those engines put out about 950HP

@GTFiorano No any timing. Max used his car as a pace car. He drove around the various rally special stages before the beginning of each special stage.
