This movie was filmed in Rome at the end of March 1969, when Sharon was the third month of pregnancy or 5 months before being slaughtered by the demon Manson and his followers. I was 8 years old and lived near where he toured the scene of this movie, and my father took me there to see the actors. I remember she was beautiful and always smiling and always spoke with great Gasmann during breaks. Today I am 49 years and to rethink what I want to cry. Rest in peace beautiful angel.

I love her in this scene, the playful smartass facial expressions like right after saying "50/50, right on this sales slip!" before darting away. She stated light comedy was her goal and scenes like this prove she had a real knack for it.

On a darker note, in hindsight there were a few violent/macabre on-screen moments in her films, almost like ominous hints to her fate, such as this innocent struggle on the bed - too close to what bastard Tex Watson would do to her in real life.

Yea I would love for Eye of The Devil, Vampire Killers, The Wrecking Crew, Don't Make Waves and 12+1 to be on a box set. I don't think 20th Century Fox would allow Valley of the Dolls to be on a box set. Of these films I mentioned. VOTD and Fearless Vampire Killers are on DVD. The Wrecking Crew is on a box Matt Helm set on DVD ( which I have). I would just like her first starring film " Eye of the Devil" and 12+1 to see a DVD release-with extras.

Yea I have this movie on VHS and recorded DVD. It was the last screen appearance for her and she never got to see the final result. Roman after her death that the movie was not a pleasant experience for her and her greatest picture was her pregnancy. You can almost touch the sixties again with the Burt Bacharach type music and the London scenes.

I hope they release the film on re-mastered DVD one day.
