The Patriot Act is not unconstitutional. It suspends the U.S. Constitution. This guy is preaching from a blank slate. It can't be against if it suspends. The Patriot Act is a round-up law/act. All round-up laws/acts carry a transcending concept. Shifting and movement between parethesised groups with no barrier between population and government which causes incomprehensible/infinite authority. Then some Republicans said they're against it, that it is unconstitutional? Everything Bush did was unconstitutional. But then again those same republicans are on a daily basis now saying that it is Obama who is trying taking away our rights, and is destroying our country? We all had fewer rights during the Bush years, than at any time in our history.

This is the time for us to come together as Americans and fight for our freedoms! You play into the Left vs Right paradigm just like they want you to. You aren't looking at the big picture. Obama has extended the Patriot Act TWICE already, but no one is talking about that. Get your head straight.

Technically it is NOT unconstitutional, as it only applies to "citizens of the United States" which are Federal citizens created by Congress in the 14th Amendment, as opposed to State Citizens as found in the organic Constitution.
we find nothing...which requires that a citizen of a state must also be a citizen of
the United States, if no question of federal rights or jurisdiction is involved.

I was considered a threat to homeland secutity a year ago for POSSESION OF MARIJUANA! and was held for one year and 3 months without bond, MURDERERS get post bond! charges were later dropped.

@AntiVenomFangX - what good has the federal reserve ever given us? if we are going to have a federal reserve, they should be subject to audits and should be prosecutable under US law. right now they are neither. we should not have a federal reserve. we should issue us notes instead of federal reserve notes.

Do you realize what the federal reserve is doing? They just sold you out when they passed legislation to allow banks to request more money to be printed pretty much at their discretion thanks to a loophole. This is bad for the economy, guessed why? WE cannot deflate the currency. WE no longer control it. THEY do, and by they i mean those who we ignorantly allow to lead us.
Screw the other countries means ISOLATIONISM. It's not about being the richest, or most powerful, it's about being the most American which is freedom, justice, and INALIENABLE RIGHTS.
