It is indeed possible several cultural exchanges occured between Spore, Msia and even Indo, and food would have been one of them, however, there is no real documentation nor sufficient evidence for the origins of any of the dishes mentioned by Malaysia to be from within Malaya itself.

Well, that does depend on what you don't know,really. And though I'm afraid I don't have the luxury of discerning that information, I will still elaborate on my point. It is indeed possible several cultural exchanges occured between Spore, Msia and even Indo, and food would have been one of them, however, there is no real documentation nor sufficient evidence for the origins of any of the dishes mentioned by Malaysia to be from within Malaya itself.

The evidence to authenticate this claim hasn't been supplied by Malaysia yet, however, and so the dishes remain a regional property that Malaysia will have to share with its neighbours Singapore and Indonesia, and not have exclusivity over.

What determines power is based on GDP, not -percapita, that was my point, -per capita only determines the wealth of an individual person, while pure GDP determines the power of the state as a whole, economically, potential goverment-military, resources etc

this video not only tell rich in GDP per capita.yes,you are rite that japan and south korea are richest in asia (GDP per capita) especially in east asia region.but far east not only east asia,i shared this region in 2,they are east and southeast.and also shared richest in GDP per capita and GDP(PPP).the richest in east asia(per capita) is Hong Kong (even part of china,hong kong is china territory that has otonomy except in economy).but richest in GDP(PPP) in east asian is China(mainland).

emm..it's true tat thai's economy is larger than malaysia's but it's mostly because thai's population is way larger than malaysia's population..read carefully and the title of this vid is ' the richest countries' not ' the largest economies'..currently malaysia is the 5th richest countries in ASIA (excluding mid-east of course) after japan, singapore, brunei and south korea..

what is important the latest country wealthy position. thai econ was bad in 2006 n 07.thai dont hv oil but malaysia did gain so much from oil prices changes.latest position malaysia is still richer than thai . As wht i know Malaysia focus both on domestic n export while ur country focus more on agro n trading.
