if there's enough pressure, you might not even be able to open the lid. but the real reason is because you might cause the lid to fly off the pot and have steam and hot soup spill all over, which is very dangerous.

Calamansi... soy sauce.. sugar.. peppercorn.. pepperflakes.lots of Garlic.. and onion.. Tamis anghang filipino ketchup.... marinate for overnight... soak stick in water to avoid burning... ayan .. classic filipino bbq oy i learn that to my late grandma... enjoy....

@MacktheNice i personally use ox tail only, but adding beef tripe wouldn't change the recipe any other way. go for it!
