  • @MacktheNice i personally use ox tail only, but adding beef tripe wouldn't change the recipe any other way. go for it!

  • That looks great! I'm going to try making kare-kare. No pressure cooker though, i'll just boil the hell out of the meat though i guess?

  • hey kuya wilmar it's me again one question why are you making sure that there is no pressure left??? what will happen if you open it but there are more pressure??

  • if there's enough pressure, you might not even be able to open the lid. but the real reason is because you might cause the lid to fly off the pot and have steam and hot soup spill all over, which is very dangerous.

  • Calamansi... soy sauce.. sugar.. peppercorn.. pepperflakes.lots of Garlic.. and onion.. Tamis anghang filipino ketchup.... marinate for overnight... soak stick in water to avoid burning... ayan .. classic filipino bbq oy i learn that to my late grandma... enjoy....

  • i 4 got... when your basting your bbq used either .. the one that you use to marinate the meat pero you put cooking oil... or masmasarap ... sweet and sour sauce
