@SkateAndCheerGirl Not really,if God gave you something be thankful for it, he obviously made you the way you are and if someone is bald, again he made them that way, wearing hair extensions or wigs is fake, its the same as plastic surgery and God forbids this.

Obviously it is a sad to see someone with cancer but that doesn't mean someone has to sacrifice thier own beauty just to make someone else beautiful. If a woman wants long hair, thats her choice, who are you to take it away from her? Thats like saying an obese person should give blood to the ones needing donations because they have more blood.

@SkateAndCheerGirl First of all bitch, only 10-20% of the donated hair is being made into wigs. The rest is either thrown away or sold for profit. Why would someone want to cut their hair off, just so some company can sell it for money?

Also, since you seem to have such a big obsession with donating hair, why don't you cut your own and donate it yourself, instead of telling people what they should do? Or why don't you donate some blood or bone marrow? You got a lot of it too!

@HipnHopify I said "not saying you have to do it because i know I wouldnt" so, not saying she has to, not saying I have to, nor you. but it just is really nice when people do. Also I can't physically give blood, but it is really nice when people do, and i plan to do it some day :)

@SkateAndCheerGirl It is a lovely gesture, but the way some companies do business is certainly dodgy, Locks of Love specifically. Many people think their wigs are given to patients for free (they're not, they're charged for on a sliding scale), and that they provide wigs to cancer patients, when most of the wigs go to alopecia sufferers (still a nasty disease, but not the one that Locks of Love is known for). There's an NYT article "Lather, Rinse, Donate" which has more info.
