The right to assemble peacefully. I can't understand why if the police or just people looking for violence can't just find a viable reason. By doing this they only slander the use of the world Police, can't they see that? If the protesters were hurting people or even the area it would be understandable to try and make them leave with all options. Force should only ever be used as a last resort? Why is it that a teenager gets that, yet adults fail to see this? Is it the need for hate and violence

It turned out the man was just having a diabetic seizure. A few months ago a couple officers pepper sprayed a 73 year old woman for not cooperating. It turns out that her hearing aid battery died and she couldn't understand the officers questions. Great tactics!!
