ie 15+ min u/;s, yeah, YT made a change wherein we'e allowed to upload vids of ANY length so long as ye currently don't have a (c) violation.
My channels>Settings>Manage Account will display account status (community status, (C) strikes, content id claims).
If ye CURRENTLY have a strike they won't allow the longer than 15 min u/l's.
BUT< the good news is, if ye don't get any MORE, within a few months (6?) from the violation, they reset it & ye can "UPGRADE" your account to unlimited time u/ls
