I've got the same camera and in the same color. Quality is great and video recorder is satisfying. It's a camera I'll be using for a long time.

ive had it for less than a year now and all the pictures i take when i first turn it on turn out really overexposed. is it just me or is anyone else having this problem too?

I am using Pinnacle Studio 11 with no issues. Their less complete offering worked fine too for simple edits. Good luck.

I have this camera. In fact, it's what I use to film my videos. But the downside to this is that the battery has to be taken out of the camera to be recharged.

yes you can customize the menu and take the menu off when your shooting!

How's the image quality on this camera? I've heard that it doesn't have optical imagestabilizer... And BTW, I think it's a sticker that YouTube thing on the front cause i have seen pictures of it without it.

So basically the same like the Z77 but the difference is it's slimmer, mp, 2.7"(exz77 is 2.6") and the record button? Mmm not worth the extra green. But glad you like it. W/e floats your boat
