When I started working out in February I was at 5'8" 135lbs. I got some good results despite not having a routine, now I am at 156.9lbs, trying to hit 175-180lbs Max with a steady routine. On the first week I started using your routine I noticed an overall boost in stamina, strength, and I lost some body fat. But you haven't added your biceps/triceps/abs routines. And please, we'd like you to comment here more often. It seems you have abandoned your channel. Thank you. =)

Happy New Year to you. I saw Peter on a Vietnamese American Network TV as a contestant of thesexymenoftheyear2008. He looks incredibly buff. He looks so big outside that I cannot believe my eyes until the MC called his name. How come he looks smaller in these videos? That contest was held in Oct or Nov 08 and this greeting is for 09? What happened? Anyway,people couldn't believe that he didn't win. Instead, some skinny dork won the whole thing. What injustice it was!

It turns out the competition was rigged!! The first place winner is a relative of the organizer. The sponsors found this out and withdrew their support after the competition leaving us (those that placed) empty handed! Feel free to contact the organizers to complain! Thanks
