my family makes them like this too and we all fight over them haha! I dont like at restaurants how they put crab or sausage in them. They are perfect just like this!

WOW!! Diana these mushrooms were awesome!! I made them on Christmas eve. My Mom and I ate the whole plate. She thought they were great. Even my sis who doesn't eat mushrooms tried one and liked them. Thanks for the recipe. :)
Hello PrincessDiana161, I like your videos. Thank you for sharing them with us. Watching this stuffed mushroom recipe you have given me an idea for an appetizer for when we go to our friends house Christmas Eve.
This video is really well done, the camera experimentation you are doing is great--love it! Also, happy with the product info (thinking you aren't getting paid for it), regardless, it's useful. I know where to find your food chopper, but that garlic press--I've never seen anything like it--what is it? Where can I find one?
Cool:) This is similar to what I do here. I stuff the muchroom with chunks of bacon and light creamcheese. I pop them in the over for about 15 minutes.
I put the link for the garlic press in the description in case you want to check it out.... you can also find the chopper there if you do a search for it.
That looks terrific. What I love about regional Italian cooking is the simplicity, the rustic presentation, and the fact that it is the best damn food on the planet!
ciao princess ;)we also do these mushrooms for holiday in Italy;) I tried once a version made with Porcini mushrooms and sausages in the suffing...sooo god but yet sooo big ahahah I'd realy like to send u a pin from Milan...tell how so that I'll send it the sooner I can ;)
wow. u r so entertaining. lovely personality. i'm not into mushrooms, but i will definitely try this recipe becuz you made it interesting enough for me to try. hehe.
Looks absolutely delicious! I'll definately be trying this one out soon =) See? You do such a kick ass job with the vegetarian dishes. I want to see more healthilicious meals to steal from you! Happy Thanksgiving!
Two questions: have you ever used Japanese style "Panko" breadcrumbs? You like nick naks- have you ever thought of using a "spray" container for your olive oil?? I have watched many cooking shows and thought it would be best to use a 'spray' for better coverage than just drizzling. ??? Just an idea.
By the way, your common-sense kitchen technique gives hope to those of us who are all thumbs...or who can't afford the fancy kitchen equipment. I especially liked the melon-baller to scoop out the center of the mushroom.
will you be my best friend?

Two questions: have you ever used Japanese style "Panko" breadcrumbs? You like nick naks- have you ever thought of using a "spray" container for your olive oil?? I have watched many cooking shows and thought it would be best to use a 'spray' for better coverage than just drizzling. ??? Just an idea.

By the way, your common-sense kitchen technique gives hope to those of us who are all thumbs...or who can't afford the fancy kitchen equipment. I especially liked the melon-baller to scoop out the center of the mushroom.
