Adds a bit of colour and it goes well with garlic.

Forget the garlic press I am suprised nobody has asked where you got that cool pan from. I love how it slopes. Do you remember where you got it or what brand it is. Thanks

  • Got it from QVC, it's their Technique line of cookware

  • Was it in a set or did they sell it single, by its self? Just wondering where to look since there is alot of technique stuff on qvc. Sorry to bug you about it, but I just really love it for sme reason. Thank you so much!

  • It wasn't in a set... it was a single

  • Great persnality you have and can cook as well. Double bonus!

  • I just may have to try this tonight!

  • Oh, and I have a mushroom slicer. I used to use a hard boiled egg slicer, but the wires kept breaking on mushrooms. This one has blades.

  • That looks absolutely scrumptious! I use a mushroom brush to clean mushrooms. I need to try that recipe. Also, I agree with the non-stick Aluminum.

One of these days, I'll have to share some of my personal recipes with you. VK can get them to you as well. I've sent some to her.

  • i loved the recipe, looks tasty. i could be wrong but there seemed to be too many scene jumps. i can't really say though because i didn't edit it but that's something that stood out to me. loved it anyway though

  • r u from puerto rico

  • My mom is :)

  • What could I use instead of wine?? PammieKay

  • try chicken broth... i should have said that. Thanks!

  • Are the breadcrumbs you used seasoned or plain? My friend makes stuffed mushrooms with Jimmy Dean sausage in the mix and adds cream cheese but she refuses to give me the recipe. Anyone have that recipe?

  • Thos eare seasoned bread crumbs.

I don't have the recipe your friend uses but I do sometimes stuff them with Ricotta & Spinach

  • here are the ingrediants for a recipe I had that uses cream cheese and crabmeat. The crabmeat can be exchanged with susage though. I dont know if this is similar to your friends but hope it helps :)

    12 whole fresh mushrooms

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

    1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    1/4 teaspoon onion powder

    1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

    shredded crab meat- to taste

I know where to find your food chopper, but that garlic press--I've never seen anything like it--what is it? Where can I find one?

  • I put the link to the garlic press in the description.

  • Looks absolutely delicious! I'll definately be trying this one out soon =) See? You do such a kick ass job with the vegetarian dishes. I want to see more healthilicious meals to steal from you! Happy Thanksgiving!

  • looks yummy~!!

  • Two questions: have you ever used Japanese style "Panko" breadcrumbs? You like nick naks- have you ever thought of using a "spray" container for your olive oil?? I have watched many cooking shows and thought it would be best to use a 'spray' for better coverage than just drizzling. ??? Just an idea.

  • I must say, I really want that cutter thing you got from Walmart!

    Jealous!

  • Looked awesome my friend. We have that chopper, it's a great little gizmo. Ive never seen the garlic one... very cool. (=

  • By the way, your common-sense kitchen technique gives hope to those of us who are all thumbs...or who can't afford the fancy kitchen equipment. I especially liked the melon-baller to scoop out the center of the mushroom.

  • Oh God...stuffed mushrooms...

Diana, these videos of your's are driving me insane with hunger for GOOD food!!

But don't stop making them. ;-)

  • Terrific!

I wonder who makes that pan that you cooked in?

    Very unusual.

  • You have quite a few neat kitchen gadgets. :D
