I'm white, I don't think "white" people shouldn't be allowed to be "police." BUT, with that being said, I think that "police" should be held to a higher standard when they abuse their power. They should get a higher penalty when they do this crap.

Cowboy policing again. This police chief sounds like he's not fit for the job. Being tough on crime is one thing, being insanely trigger happy is another. This is just going to anger residents and make the police less trust worthy.
