  • This video is fantastic. I am a nurse in grad school to become an Family Nurse Practitioner and this is a fantastic resource for me now because I am doing pediatric physicals. I just wanted to commend you for posting this.

  • @TheWiffleKing No that is not all we do. first we take an age appropriate history with special attention to the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems. then we perform a complete head to toe physical- this video only demonstrates the maneuvers to examine the musculoskeletal system.

  • a nurse or nurse practitioner should never be doing a physical. you're paying for a doctor--the doctor should be doing the exam.

  • @bighardtop you are paying for a physical exam. A licensed health care provider should be doing the exam. An NP or PA would fit the bill.
