  • This helped me so much thankyou

  • @tweaker61 I know what u mean I have the same problem just think aboout something else and it will go away

  • I had a allergic reaction and couldnt breath now i think that im going to forget how to breath or just stop breathing and i know it cant happen, but...its weird, this fear just comes out of no where

  • wow youre good...great stuff, thank you.

  • Your short videos give me anxiety! What about lonliness!! Late at night noone to talk to !!! I feel like I an't breathe so screw you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • anxiety causes depression, attacks, i have that alot sometimes feels like i have heavy pressure on my chest night after drinking and i start panickin and i start feelin dizzzy once i saw my in laws dogs that same day my anxiety was gone like i didnot have it sometimes i do not have anxiety where my mind is stable not thinkin of anything but happiness

  • Genious! the lemon analogy was spot on.

  • thx man but my guilt is still killing me here

  • the lemon example proved to me you're right.

  • Thanks for the tips...its exactly what is happening to me..and the lime example worked on me!

  • Umm yes anxiety is a mental illness it just doesnt go away. I didnt let the 10 years of mylife go down the drain because im thinking negitivity bud. You might want to search into the chemical imbalances there.

  • @ominousmaximus Hey, I agree with you. I don't know about you, but my heart suddenly starts racing and I feel like I'm going to run (fight or flight symptoms) before I really even BEGIN to think anything; positive or negative. That part of your brain seems to take over all the "logic" centers before you have the chance to give yourself a pep talk. Am I right?

  • Really helpull THANKYOU so much..I was really on the edge.

  • very helpful vid. So simple yet helpful

  • i never think about mind-body relation like that before.....just thinking about juicy lemon creates changes in our mouth ...body is reacting on a thing which hasent happened yet and mind is imaging something which is not going on right now...is this mean that if we imagine or meditate or affirm positive things about ourselves regularly then it will effect our physical body as well?or visa versa negative thinking effects our body negatively...

  • great teaching brother!

  • its easy to say, just control your thoughts. but actually controlling them is really hard, at least for me.

  • I have felt like this a lot, "stop thinking about it" doesn't work for me at all. But I have learned to use NLP and EFT and there are so many great things to learn, there are many different ways to do this and for me it was a lot like learning how to flair my nose or raise an eye brow...

Memory seems to be a big part of it for me... and it is now more about thinking about what I want rather than remembering/imagining bad things. And its really about feeling good.

    Good luck!

  • Sure as heckfire, the saliva did flow! I haven't been able to look people in the eyes all my life and I'm 32 now. Never really could figure out why.

  • wow this trick is so helpful I can't beleive it. it's basically a problem with visualizing the future. I can't beleive how effective it is. thanks again.

  • I mean believe*

  • so anxiety does cause fear of hurting loved ones ? it wasnt like that always but it evolved liek that for me .. i have too many fears of hurting a loved 1 in particular my son

  • wow that lemon bit made a good point.. ha its crazy how much the mind efects the body.. life a particular prolonged thought really has an equally particular effect to your body..

  • alright, yes, very good. so alittle pavlov behaviorism. gotcha.

  • i keep thinkn im going mental in the head does that make it worst

  • @ElDargo i had the same thing i sumtimes think im losing my mind going crazy just basicly going crazy but ask yourself this do you really think crazy people sit there and think am i going crazy ? hahaha nope thats a perfectly normal thing to feel but i promise you your fine

  • ElDargo,

I'm saying a lot more than just think good things and stuff. I'm giving you a way to very precisely take control of your full experience - mental, emotional, physical. You've got to watch all the videos and keep in mind this is just one technique of many. - Mark Shepard, NLPT

  • so basicly your saying just think good things and stuff.

cause about 2 months ago i got anxiety a 1month after it was gone i was going out with friends then 1 week later it came back and at least i think i still have it.
