I liked "Vandread", but there is another anime out there with so much fanservice, it makes "Vandread" seem tame on "fanservice". It was a great series and is intelligent/interesting and had a great story line as well. You might want to check out "Dragonaut: The Complete Series: Part 1 and Dragonaut: Series: Part 2: Resonance" - You can view both on Netflix, if you have access. Of couse you may not agree with me, however, when it comes to "Loads of fanservice" I am dead on!

@LBcrimson I didn't know Encore Wam showed anime! WOW! You know I got satellite from the fall of 2002 to Summer 2008, so I missed some epic moments, like: The Fall of Cartoon Network, and when the Encores had ended their run of showing good anime's like this one.

Part of me is hoping I will see another "mass" showing of anime on the TV networks again, but intuition is telling me that I won't see that for a while now unless something drastic happens to the popularity of Anime like in the 90s..

this anime doesn't get enough credit, it was a very original idea and it was told in a way that was able to keep you interested the entire time. it is one of my favorite animes and i think it deserves more than what it gets.
