r...really? hmmm... From my experience, they always appeared with noise... and when I stopped for a little bit, they eventually went away, regardless of the mess... However, you COULD have a point. Either way, it is safe to say that they appear when you get too careless. Oh, and the regular black elebits are already on the stage. Yep.
I love this game. Great on the Wii But they should have advertised this game alot better. I mean I've NEVER seen an advertisement for this game before. O_O
i found boss elebits, and uploaded last night... i think, unless a problem eccured, it should be up. search "elebits music boss Zinkr7" u'll come up with mine.

It depends on NOISE. not mess. The tutorial tells you that they appear if you make too much noise I believe.
