Actually no, it's not. Youtube made it so you can turn them off regardless of how many there are. I like to let people express themselves and giving me feedback even if they hate it. Now as I said in my video description if they get too annoying just turn them off, if you don't want waste a second of your life to turn them off then don't watch. Simple as that.
