  • Horsefight of wild horses wile they playing in the water. You have luck!

  • wait a minuet the horses only have their hooves in the water and they arnt verry big so how are you in a boat?

  • This looks like a group of young bachelor males. They are so Beautiful!

  • beautiful

  • Sadly I think anyone who visits down the salt river will see these guys, they come every summer, me and my family go as much as we can during the warm season. We have seen them three times already. They are pretty kool to tell you the truth, tho hard to get near them. I might ask next summer if I can do a fueild study on them, their habits and seasonal tracks, but the problem is I have to go thru the park rangers and fish and game people.

  • Garbage, get a camera with image stabilization.

  • omg! i loove horses if u go to my channel u will seE how much i do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORSE TEAM GAL FOREVER!!!<3 GO HORSES!

  • It'd be nice if the camera was still

  • MUY HERMOSOS CABALLOS.!!!!

  • That horse was checking you out!! Wow, what a sight!!!

  • My horse was caught in Nevada. And she is the best YET!! (:

  • very cool..i was up at the salt river area last weekend and saw a group of them hanging out under a mesquite tree, in the shade..i tried for a couple pictures..and yes there are a couple young ones in the group i saw...beautiful they were too see..nothing like wild horses

  • I just saw this same herd earlier on today.I have been following them for two years now and noticed there are three new colts traveling with them now.I tried to get pics but it was 1am and the flash on my camera sucks.I also notic one of the older horses now has a brad mark on its left flank.I have heard that the game and fish is now providing some care for these animals and has them under protection. They all still seem very alert and healthy

  • @jims72 *noticed *brand oops!

  • They are only 28,000 Mustangs left in the wild down from 2 MILLION in 1900, 1 MILLION in 1980 and the BLM wants to remove 12,000 more in 2011/2012! PLEASE CALL, WRITE and E-MAIL your Senators and demand they support and pass S.1176! The ILLEGAL activities against our Mustangs MUST STOP NOW!!!!! AND THIS BILL WILL ALSO STOP THE NEEDLESS AND INHUMANE SLAUGHTERING OF ALL EQUINES!! Here in America WE THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN, WE WANT COMPANION RIGHTS FOR OUR HORSES!!

  • @icetman

I slaughter horses with my bare hands and a cookingknife, it's nice...

  • @UndercoverLdn You must be heartless to slaughter such a beautiful animal like that!! :'(

  • @jalicefan2133

Sorry I was just kidding, I don't particulary like horses but I wouldn't slaughter them either lol

  • Gorgeous

  • Can't belive u caught horses with ur eyes

  • stop jerkin off and hold the camera steady

  • this is nothing compared to the scenery the settlers saw when they first arrived. The untouched Great Plains where buffaloes were thundering through and wild horses galloping majestically. Those were the times of north america natural glory.

  • I'd take the one that noticed you :3 he seems like he has potential. Good shot, beautiful happy horses.

  • hard to keep a camera stedy and row a fucking kyack and worry if thouse horses are gunna fuck you up at any time

  • Okay wow, please keep the camera steady next time

  • DAM! THE PULSE OF A CRACK ADICT!!!! X(

  • STAY STILL CAMERA!!!

  • awhh they are so cute!

  • TO BUMPY

  • Good shot of filming

  • i love that video they are so cute

  • Cute

  • next time keep the camera still thanks i got dizzy from watching the video but it is awesome i love horses

  • @lovergirl0908 Um, I'd imagine it's pretty dang hard to keep a camera still while trying to navigate a raft in a river.

  • @lovergirl0908 I thought the video was good, considering they're filming it from a BOAT.

  • @lovergirl0908 He is recording in the water are you a fuking idiot?

  • heeheehee

  • We do have Wild Horses in Arizona. Ive seen them and Ive been taught how to catch them by the Indians on the reservations.

  • @wolfbear2121 cool how?

  • @Shaynavendela You get on tame horses, you find the herd and chase them into the washes where the banks are to high for them to climb up and get them so they cant run on either side, then you choose which ones you want and rope them and get them away from the herd to bring back to the corrals!

  • @wolfbear2121 Yeah well, what right do you have to take this beautiful creature from it's family and natural habitat? Makes me sick the shit people do.

  • @3212003titus Its funny you act like you know a thing or two, the are actually kept out in the wild where the stallion come on the rez. so how about you read and learn a little more.

  • @wolfbear2121 You know nothing about me or what I know, so shut the fuck up, you dumb shithead

  • @wolfbear2121 indians r best at everythin 2 do wiv horses!

  • lol when you tried to follow they were like "... You stay there. I'm watching you..." lol

  • can you be still for a minute

  • is this over by fountain hills

  • Gorgeous!

  • I never said I wasnt going to eat it.....

  • i dont think i saw anyone shoot any of the horses?

  • @TheDressage11

    Thats how stealthy he was

  • ummm ? .. was that necessary @Jsmith858522

  • @TheDressage11

Why are you watching a video on hunting wild horses if you arent into game hunting?

  • @Jsmith858522 Arre yu crazy? or just crazy? 0_0 this isnt about hunting horses this is about horses playing in water....yur messed up ._.

  • @Jsmith858522 Once a Butthead, always a Butthead. You sound like you are a sad human looking for his manhood by inflicting pain on a defenseless animal. A true hunter has ethics and character. He does not kill for the slaughter of God's magnificent creatures.

  • @motaki701 oh dont pay attention to that loser Jsmith858522! just yesterday he was on a video called "horse" saying that they are savage beasts, and he was going to shoot them and "pee" on them! and his excuse was, that a horse killed christopher reeve!

and then i said he died of a cardiac arrest, then Jsmith said, something along the lines of " the horse forced christopher to take drugs, the horses gave him drugs and then purposely threw him off, the savage blood thirsty beast"!

  • @RuffianQueenOfRacing Horses can't give people drugs.Man he must be stupid as hell.

  • @jalicefan2133 he is LOL i think he is even more stupid then hell!

  • @RuffianQueenOfRacing Just saying isn't it illegal to hunt wild horses?Because im pretty sure it is.

  • @motaki701 tree hugger

  • @quader456495 Yeah, So What. What's your point?

  • @motaki701 Jsmith isn't a hunter. he hunts without reason. hes a murderer...

  • Wow. I would love to paddle up to that scene.

  • God made beautiful horses, thanks for posting.

  • Uh... I've seen many wild mustangs -- and even the ones I saw on the fringes of Death Valley were well fleshed and muscled, and the foals healthy. Also, if they have grown up near placid rivers, of COURSE they will venture into them. My own mustang doesn't mind water at all -- but the footing must be solid. These guys know their river, and know the safe places to ford. The only reason they avoid water is because they can sense quicksand under their hooves. Mine can.

  • LOL @ Shannooon5 & AmerikaWillFall. They are wild you morons. You simply have no idea what you are talking about. Wild horses not going in water? LMAO... and not being seen? Hahaha. Wow...

  • Can you not hold a camera still??!

  • you live in AZ?

  • 2.14

    Oh crap, they saw me.

  • I agree with shannooon5. I grew up around horses and rodeos. I know that if these were truly wild horses, they would never have entered the water or even allowed themselves to be seen...much less allow a human to approach them. They look more like well-fed, pasture escapees.

  • @AmerikaWillFall First of all just because you've "been around horses your whole life" doesn't mean anything. Wild horses will go in the water if they want to, it keeps them cool. And a human can approach wild horses if they know about horses and understand body language, not to upset them. Horses can feed themselves so just because they don't look skinny doesn't mean they aren't wild. They look well muscled and wild mustangs gain fat pretty easy.

  • @shannoon5 wild horses are found in south Carolina by the beach....wild horses are almost everywere

  • There are feral cats, sorry NOT feral horses-and these probably belong to someone, NOT truly WILD-but, still beautiful, none the less! They escape their pasture or fence line is so far away we can't see it, but truly wild horses are extremely rare and never found along the Salt River of AZ sorry. Way too many people around there.

  • @shannooon5 Just because your government tells you they arent there doesnt mean you have to believe it. ive seen a wild horse in idaho and as far north as montana. wild horses are known to be from that area anyway....

  • @shannooon5 if there arent any wild horses, then how is there organizations (BLM) out there where people can adopt and train wild horses for 90 days and then opt to keep or give them back to the organization? there are ALOT of wild horses in America. Just because you dont see them doesnt mean they arent there...Horses are Prey animals and therefore they are naturally fearful of what they believe as threats, such as humans.

  • @shannooon5 There are wild horses.. still quite a few in america. I saw some on a rafting trip too

  • Beutifull, yestarday i had an amzing dream with wild horses, just like these.

  • omg that would be so cool to see!!! and technically they are wild horses just not true wild horses. . .

  • I would luv to c that

  • Well, technically, these are feral horses, not wild ones :o.

  • thats amazing, you are so lucky to see such a sight

  • i like horses

  • Nice to see - incredible that there's still enough space for wild horses in the U.S... I saw the documentary on Cloud, the Mustang... Heartbreaking... We were given an incredible close insight into their lives...

  • Wonderful! Thanks for sharing it. Some of us have grown too old and feeble to continue to see them for ourselves.

  • @SilverBee Don't give up hope, Silver Bee -- the most recent mustangs I saw were up by Death Valley Junction, passing behind the buildings, no more than 300 feet away. Three adults and a foal, all looking quite well -- though where they found water there was beyond my imagination!

  • Such beautiful and majestic animals. Smart, even though they have a brain the size of a Walnut., they deserve to be free and left alone.

You see how the 'stud' at the end of the video just said, "Hey back off"!

    That was his harem.

    Great footage!!

  • How perfect is this!!! They live in horse paradise, it seems! :D Such gorgeous, majestic animals <3

  • awesome

  • STARING CONTEST GO!

  • Sweet! Take me with you!

  • Quite the trip I can imagine:o

  • I like when the horse looked at you like O.O what you doin boy! Ya thats right back away.

  • wow man this is awesome. I live in TN and all we got are wild deer. Woohoo. Id love to come to arizona it looks beautiful

  • Stick together... iignore the guy with the camera...

  • I really like this movie. It is very sentimental. I come from Polish. I am a breeder of draft horses (Polish cold-blooded horse). Feel free to watch my films. youtube.com/watch?v=WW1d5KHYwEU

  • I think he means were IN Arizona, not is.

  • Im getting dizzy :)

  • where is Arizona. cuz thats where i live

  • @ItsLineyXx you dont know where you live? ha

  • this shakey filming is too hard to watch

  • Sorry, but these horses are not wild. The only wild horse is the Przewalski. These horses may be feral, once contained by humans but later brought into the wild. These may be American Mustangs, wich are feral.

  • @ProfessorTeddyBear

"Technically" you are correct, they are "feral" not "wild" -- HOWEVER, mustangs have been living IN the wild for 500+ years, subject to Darwinian selection and predation by native predators, without the care or controlled breeding by humans. They have reverted to wild behaviors, and certainly should not be considered in the same category as domestic horses any more.

  • OMG ONE OF THEM ALMOST LOOKS LIKE SPIRIT!

  • Those horses look extremely well groomed to be wild horses. Look at their coats all clean shinny and well appearing to be well brushed that with mains and tails that are also brushed out and looking well cared for combine that with the fact they allowed you to get that close to them make believe that they are somebody riding stock. If it not somebodies riding stock than it should be.

  • @gullreefclub I's called zoom.

  • @SpidermanSammi A Zoom lense still does not curry comb horses or brush out their mains and tales. The only thing wild about that "herd" of horses was that they are grazed on open range instead of in fensed in pattock during the day

  • @SpidermanSammi A Zoom lens still does not curry comb horses or brush out their mains and tales. The only thing wild about that "herd" of horses was that they are grazed on open range instead of in fenced in paddock during the day. As for you Zoom lenses please explain how the foreground (The canoe or boat) remains in focus if you are zooming in on the horses. It can't unless the focal point between the foreground (Canoe or Boat) and the horses is relatively short.

  • I love the way they are first looking at you, then to eachother and then all in same time walk away... Sure they're a great team together!

  • How beautiful! I would LOVE to be a horse :)

  • Houd je camera stil

  • What makes you think these are "wild" horses? You're probably floating through someone's ranch.

  • Priceless! If you want to read more on what's happening to our horses check out my story on Whispernthunderdotorg It's heartbreaking.

  • its amazing that our governemtn says these horse are ILL. thats funny they dont look or act ILL to me. ty for posting this!!!

  • So those would be mustangs, right? They looked really good for being wild. They also were not the least bit afraid, and let you get extremely close. They seem like they're REALLY used to people. Good shots.

  • @shanabethbee I don't think so, they didn't really try to kick each other or bite but im not sure.

@barrelracer63092 Water moves so the raft moves which means the person would have trouble keeping the camera still, a four year old would know that.

  • if u want to ride in a fantastic horses. u need to see COLOMBIAN HORSES, go to PRODIGIO de Maria Rosa or Aventurero del Cortijo or Tormento de la Virginia. this horses are incredible. u fell that ride in a machine

  • that's awesome :) I wish I could watch wild horses... They're gorgeous. Unforchunatly the only horses I see are the ones at the stable/paddock.

  • What are you doing with that camera? :P

  • it says "while RAFTING" you try holding a camera completely still while on water. Very nice video by the way. :)

  • I LIKE HORSES THIER SO PRETTY

  • @barrelracer63092, you are very rude.

    Nice video, very pretty.

  • hold the camera still, dumb ass.

  • @barrelracer63092 THAT WHAT I SAID, DAM BE STILL

  • THAT MIGHT BE FIGHTING FOR DOMINANCE

  • greedy repulscum rancher can not coexist with anything that affect their herd cattle ..if you think about it.. these are the baster that invading the horses territory.. they use the same excuses to eradicate wild bison , wild deer , wild mouse .. wild wolf .. same bs different day on different land

  • way cool; see playing in the clean river water like that keeps their coats healthy/clean

compare that to the Mud Pits of the BlM Corrals; such as Palomino Valley Center;NV!

at Palomino Valley some Mustangs stand in mud up to their knees 24/7; TRUE !

  • The whole thing gave me a brain shake.

  • i love how at one point they all just stop and lookm at you and watch you leave. LOL

  • @horseriding101lol I liked that also. its like all of a sudden they realized he was there and stopped. like oops busted.

  • Don't you feel extremely privileged when you happen upon beautiful wildlife? I do.

  • srry dude bu u could held the camrs still but cool video

  • Beautiful! :D

  • Sure it feels kinda scary when a wild horse stares at you!

  • I think you did a fabulous job considering you were busy with one hand and the other. Good job- would love to see more pictures of Latvia and such. Good luck raising funds for the big fence! BTW, the horses are beautiful!

    Laura in Texas

  • SWEET! I LOVE HORSES!

  • Thank you! That was beautiful!

  • I appreciate the video. I try to film and battle the current at the same time too and it is very difficult to not get the bobbing up and down. Makes me want to go paddling!!

  • THATS SO COOL!!!!!!!! i wanna go to arizona!

  • Horses exist outside of society? Interesting..

Bald Eagles are real? Also interesting.

    +2 interwebs for you.

  • Hold the camera still. I threw up my dinner watching this!

  • i loved the horses but ustoped them playin at the end

  • Wow... you are so lucky :) I wish I could have seen that, horses are truly amazing animals.

  • OMG WILD HORES ARE U SERIOUS THAT SOOO COOL i didnt think there was any do you ride

  • OMG WILD HORES ARE U SERIOUS THAT SOOO COOL

  • Cool, but don't tell the BLM where you saw wild horses, they'll round them up and ship them to china for meat, like they do in Nevada.

  • really nice to see wild horses alive and having fun.

The bald eagle was a treat, too!

  • Cool I didnt Think there was any wild horses left anywhere in the world. Glad to find I was wrong

  • o.k well that is one common horse behavier and 2 you should never come that close to a herd of wild horses they can smush you like mud

  • its a beautiful film thx

  • I know how hard it is to get good pictures of moving horses, and I think you did a great job anyway. They are beautiful and thanks for posting it! love it.

  • lol i didnt know there was wild horses in AZ thats AWSOME!! i wish i could have been there!

PLEEEEASE?

  • 2:15 I bet the horses are thinking, "Hey what the heck is that blue thing with the person in it?"

  • Thank you for posting, this video is amazing!!! :)

  • Is it Mustang horses?

  • Magnificent!

  • I have land in Latvia where I am planning to have wild horses. I just have to build the fence and I get the horses for free from a project. There used to be wild horses in Latvia.... this is a way to bring them back... I just need to raise the money to build a very big fence! on about 100 acres!
