Troy Smith was amazing in college...I still think if given the chance he could/would be a star in the NFL. I am not sure why scouts knock him just becuase he is 5'11/6'0 - isn't Drew Brees the same? If the browns were smart they would pick him up for the 5th rounder, have sit behind Wallace for a year to learn the offense and then start him. Quinn doesn't have Smith's level of talent.
