I have a very strong belief in God, but over the last several years I seem to have forgotten that. After seeing Marc, i began searching more of his music only to be brought face to face with what I walked away from unknowingly. Being religious enough to sing and produce a song about God says something about the band's character, priorities, intellect, and open-mindedness. When I listen to a band, these kind of things matter, especially if they're trying to convey a message. Its just something that I see as hard to get over :P P.S. Mark has a chance to sing to stadiums full of peeps who prob might not believe and by his example show the love of Christ. I dont think Jesus would tell anyone not to associate with the lost. Not gonna lie, I'm really disappointed that Downhere seems to be a christian band. I recently have been looking into Marc Martel because of his recent Somebody to Love audition (as I'm sure many more have), and I've liked a lot of songs from his band. Its just a bit off-putting to know they're more of a christian band. Oh well.

This song is my CALLING song. This song I heard when God sent my husband and I to a Mission trip in the Philippines last May and this song still speaks to God sending us back, to plant an orphanage. We have purchased the land and soon, we will be leaving to build the orphanage and start bringing in the children.
