he is talking about the game known as Mahjong played in Asia mostly China u could say its chinese dominoes but i wouldnt he also talks about how the economie is too

I guess it is Peter Lai who did the lyrics. u will still see him acting in TVB series. He is a real genius in lyrics - reflect a certain level of social class at that time, and the lyrics rhime...
