Many lawsuits don't go that public so there are probably assets they are protecting beyond the raw number of sales.

For example, I play in the subway for a living. Using an amplifier makes me so much mroe money. BUT I either get booted or get expensive fines. So now I go acoustic.

Nope. Ebay used to have AUTOMATED delivery! It was instant upon payment. It was foolproof! Ebay encouraged it & set everything up to accomodate it & make it easy for buyers and sellers. I never had a complaint from anyone that they didnt get their book.
