Umm Miley might be taking it badly cause Nick started dating Selena, then she starting dissing Selena and all that. And the Halloween thing I think it was Miley's idea. Also maybe she found out whhy he broke up with her and is upset? I'm not sure, many say she is going to be the next Britney. =(
