This actually greatly increases the risk of the condom breaking. It is absolutely important to pinch the reservoir (the "bubble" on the top of the condom) so that no air is in there while rolling the condom over the penis. If air is trapped in there, the semen pushes against the air and therefore puts strain on the condom which it isn't made for. Using this "pronto" method is dangerous!! And to be honest... getting a condom on manually really is easy and fast, pratice if you're slow!
