grax maestro me sirvio lo que pasa es que tengo el mismo que el tullo con una caja litrada pero no tiene voca de aire y estoy indeciso de hacersela o no mucho la calidad de sonido no me imorta mientras que se mueva todo sirve

@alpasonik Compadrito, la diferencia es que hay algunos woofers que te piden ventilación y otros no. Al tener ventilación la caja, te da un sonido distinto al de una caja sin ventilación. Sin ventilación, te puede llegar a dar un sonido mas seco, con ventilación no te lo da.

1 is 4 ohm the other 2 ohm. It allows better use of the amp power. The 2ohm speakers are better used as a pair while the 4 ohm as just 1

@dreamz20091 there are some small cosmetic differences but main difference is the 308 is the new model and the d4 is the dual 4 ohm voice coil model where you can still get a d2 which is the dual 2 ohm model

u have t o attach all + channels together and all - channels together and lead those wires to amp + AND - places... + to + and - to -... be sure for that the amplifier can handle 1ohm...

well my amp doest resiste 1 ohm but im buying one tomoroow, but i have one more Q´s, when you connect al channels (- to - and + to +) which one of all "extremes" (or sides) of the connected channel do you connect to the sub?? (sorry for my english, it sucks)

for example, i connect 2 + channels, which side do i connect to the + of the sub, or it doesnt matter...

umm... my english is more worse than yours so :D i try to understand at my best :P so... hmm... u should have 2 wires witch only wire those voice coils togehter and from others + and - coils goes wires to amp... i got D class amplifier so it doesnt matter where i my wires in amp :) but if u running it like 2 ohm or 4ohm, u should attach wires to place marked as BRIDGE :) i can paste link with picture

i tryed to paste but youtube will block the link, no i dont speak spanish :/ im from finland :D but what u need to do for ur sub is u have to attach 2 voice coils together with 2 wires and use other 2 wires to attach sub to amp... its called parraled wireing or something :P dam... hard to explain

im lookin at some mtx thunders max wattage=500 and these guys whose max wattage is 1400...rms is about the same for both...but i heard that sometimes a differnt brand sub with lower rms will hit harder..so which is better in ur opinion a pioneer or mtx thunder

podes romper el stereo, a no ser q el mismo tenga un fisuble, entonces antes de que reviente la radio, corta el fusible, no te aconsejaria q lo conectaras a laradio, compra una potencia buena, una boss bl1400 anda al pelo, saludos

i don't know actually what is the measure of the box but it is about 49.8 liters for 1 subwoofer. You can make it the size that you want but it has to be of about 49.8 liters the box.

The box is about 49.8 liters. Thats what says on the manual. Single woofer, 49.8 liters aprox. Two woofers, 100 liters box.
