The reason they protested is because they were a bunch if hippies hopped up on whatever opium based drug they could get their hands on. They spit on soldiers and cursed them for fighting but what they didn't see is they had no choice. It was by far the worst war for the soldiers and the lingering effects of PTSD was partially due to the fact that they didn't come home to a comforting nation they just came back to another war. I don't disagree with the video in the least it was very informative
