The state's own rules are pointless because the DEA enforces Federal law not state law. Federal law is the same for all states which is equally illegal. Federal courts and federal prison will be in your future if you are caught with illegal drugs.

He claimed to be driving 170 mph but the speedometer was not shown. The cops arrested him based on the posted youtube video and ebay auction .
Now, speeding is nothing compared to a SCHEDULE 1 drug which is the most illegal drug in America. So yeah, you go on youtube or the local news and brag about it, you will be arrested

Most of them show the paraphernalia (vapes, bongs, pipes) and not to mention the peoples faces. Do you know why the DEA won't do anything? Because it's not physical evidence. Just because it's a video, doesn't mean its real...the weed could be fake, and there's no way to prove it's real. Not to mention if they smoked in the video....THE EVIDENCE IS GONE!!!!!!!!
