The problem with most kenyans is illiteracy. You vote for someone because he is from your village/tribe. what has kibaki done?Scrap fees in primary schools but no good pay for teachers. How do you expect teachers to teach when they are not well paid? A smart guy should have done the opposite. Increase teachers salary,maintain the fees at an affordable cost.
