  • too much distraction from the drummer. If everyone starts a solo at the same time, you get a mess.

  • Wicked!

  • voices on the keyboard.... tolle Sache!! great SOLO!!!

  • good

  • got rythm.,,, lots

  • 6:59 just awesome! :D

  • why can't this drummer keep time like a normal person

  • @SquidChip315 really?

  • @SquidChip315 because he can, he is above the time

  • I'm just gonna leave this button here for myself, thank you for your understanding. 3:36

  • the angles in this suck... why would they only have a keyboard cam on herbie, the STAR of the show?

  • timing of vinnie Colaiuta is out of this world!!!

  • Vinnie!!!

  • Simplesmente sensacional!!!!

  • Herbie's playing is impeccable. His choice of lead can be a little, erm, puzzling.

  • confoozled:

    for me solo was rubbish

and i don't think that you have better hearing than me

    (:

just don't like all this bl bla bla in jazz

don't see any reason why they do it

    for example bebop su**s

  • timing is everything. herbie has it

  • This is the funkiest version of Cantaloupe Island i've heard to date, the way Herbie backs up Chris is incredible, and Chris' solo was amazing.

  • Take 6 sampled all over the keyboard. SIc!!!!

  • Dave Holland is funkin' it up!

  • Personally I think the sax part slides in perfectly. People don't understand that solos don't have to be based around the structured chord progression. Personally, I believe 'Jazz' translated into another language could translate to 'fuck structure'.

  • vinnie makes me wet. his pocket is fuking huge!

  • The sax solo was absolutely awesome. If you can't hear that, you need to develop your ear a bit more.

  • I think the solo is excellent.

    But I don't blame you.

It's not what most people are used to.

  • like the jam, ive never got into the sax too much... but, it sounds ok to me...

  • Haha, the jazz scat part is so cool! Don't like the sax either, it just doesn't seem to fit or something.

  • Tks, emmadetten. I understand the desire of producers to protect their rights. However, I do not believe that uploading a video to YT should be taken as infringement of those rights. Right to the contrary, it promotes the artists and the performance which, at the end, bring money to the producers.

  • xactly my words

  • @rmoraespinto ....if people would just upload the videos with the correct disclaimer ("this is for educational purposes only and, etc") then there would be no copyright infringement to begin with. ....neutralize negative oppression with positive resistance = harmony. W

hat a pleasure to learn from these amazing artists...

  • @maptlbh Yo! Would you mind sending me that disclaimer in full? I'd much appreciate it. Thx a lot...

  • @emmadetten I earmarked on my list and i'm going message it to you. Thx for posting, man!!

  • @emmadetten Add this to every video you upload and if they strip the audio track, contend it w/this to get the audio reinstated: Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.

  • @emmadetten And, make sure you indicate your post is for non-commercial educational purposes only. Long live Kopimism and agnostics !!

  • I did not enjoy the sax solo at all

  • Hes copying wayne shorters style. I think its pretty good actually.

  • @voncoolio I agree with you.
