I'm getting more interested in Mr. Paul as time goes by, my question to those who has supported him for a while, who would make a good vice president?
Yall need to support Ron Paul number #1, he is going to create the most change. If for some reason he doesn't advance the way we'd all like, we should look at Newt Gingrich for number #2. I believe Mr. Paul is a lot more composed and clear on his point of view this time and if the polls are any indication, he's going to be the top of the Republican ticket. I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. His ideas sound radical and risky, they could be an infamous success or the beginnings of chaos. Time will tell, as will the voters.

The thing I don't like about Paul is this: His stance on DOMA. He says it protects the states, but he doesn't seem to notice or care that it "protects" the states at the expense of the Constitution. Article IV, S. 1: "Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof."

I believe Mr. Paul is a lot more composed and clear on his point of view this time and if the polls are any indication, he's going to be the top of the Republican ticket. I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. His ideas sound radical and risky, they could be an infamous success or the beginnings of chaos. Time will tell, as will the voters.

Make EVERYONE pay a certain percentage with NO LOOPHOLES (this includes super rich AND super poor). B. Get rid of tax refunds, you shouldn't get refunded paying what you OWE to the country. C. What Mr. Paul champions, Dems and Reps need to stop spending money on useless crap. Both parties waste an equal amount of money each year.

@UNTC321 No one will ever be perfect, but if Dr. Paul really is the advocate for upholding the Constitution that he's been throughout his career, he's by far the best candidate for the office of president, because that is the president's job, to uphold the constitution. This bill is constitutional, this bill isn't, veto! I'm sure morality goes into that process also, but don't forget that Ron Paul is for another investigation into what happened on 9/11. Dr. Paul seems genuine, if not him who?
