  • this (cyril video) is shot using a Canon EOS500D at 720p 30fps. It is sitting on a monopod with a cheap Canon zoom that doesn't have Image Stabilisation.

  • he rotates the sphere.. hidden at the sides were the hole. at 0:26 you can notice his right hand sliding the sphere, holding the hole from the side... and at 1:06 he slide it back.
