@ibeplu It's the jump roundhouse, which is a buff, since you can start his godlike mixup after hitting someone in the air with one of the best air to air normals in the game.
@gbraga93 It's not really a buff. In SSF4, hitting air-to-air RH, already puts Dudley at point blank on the opponent's landing, with huge advantage. It's the same advantage he gets from a knockdown, really, just without all the time in between the attack and the wake up, for the opponent to compose themselves.
If it's an techable knockdown, then it would have to be considered a nerf, since it went from a fairly static timing for mix-up potential, to one that the opponent controls.
If it's an untechable knockdown, that means you can safejump from it, thus it's a buff since you won't have to worry about them mashing out some reversal.
@skatanmilla I disagree. For the vast majority of the cast, untechable knockdown is great... for Dudley, in this situation, it's worse. Safe jumping with Dudley really won't get you that far. You're essentially giving up your mix-up, and giving the opponent something to just obviously block.
Air-to-air flip-out offers Dudley a great point-blank mix-up, without much time for the opponent to think of a way to foil it, or to see what Dud is trying to do. Untech KD doesn't help him here at all.
if he/her had U2 it could chain some really awesome combos there...

dudley's jump fierce knocks down on hit now, i'm not sure if that could be considered a nerf or buff, but i find playing against it quite annoying
