I personally never understood why people don't accept change sometimes. Even if it's 1600 pennies it may be extremely inconvenient but it's money. I don't understand it when I'm paying my friends a dollar back and I have some change, 30 cents worth of nickles, 2 dimes and 2 quarters and they're like "look just pay me back with a dollar already. Same thing with dollar bills, if I owe them 10 bucks they won't accept 10 one dollar bills for some reason, c'mon, money is money.
