  • Very coooooollllllllllllllllllll

  • @0x51d Your audio settings are messed up. There's almost no bass at all. Good way to get a headache.

  • Vinyl reigns SUPREME!!

  • Huge fan of 80s music! This song is really good!

  • Tony Levin IS The Bass God!

  • This would make the kids jump at the skate Rink,I would use this as a " Couple Play"

everybody get to some body's body and couple up "Cause it a Big Time" Saturday at the Rink back in 80's.I miss those days,I think I had more fun working the Rink than I did the club or my radio show.

  • Cool!!! Respect!!!

  • "Hi there!"

I never heard this version back in the day, that I can remember, but I know I would've liked it.

  • The two are the same. It was quite common that the same remix had different names in different countries, on the european pressings of this it was called extended version.

  • @0x51d I remember listening to a long version of this song on the radio in the late 80s. I even recorded on my boom box. LOL... I couldn't find this version for a long time.

  • I wish the B-side of the 45 of "Sledgehammer" was added as a bonus track on the cd. The song is "Don't Break This Rhythm". Did you know that the LP of so doesn't have "This Is the Picture (Excellent Birds)"

  • I have the cd single version of this and the B-sides are Across the River,No Self Control, and one of my favorites Curtains.

  • CD singles have B-sides?? :)

  • @0x51d Usually the b sides on cd singles are a direct song release that the 45rpm records was released with.

  • What's on the B-Side of that single?

  • In Your Eyes [Special Mix] & We Do What We're Told (Milgram's 37).

  • whats different with the special mix of in your eyes?>

  • On the 45 single of Big Time the B-side is We Do What We're Told (Milgram's 37)

  • DIGGIT!! I was a club DJ late 80's to early 90's and my first attempt at "mixing" I used to use the, "Hi there!" in the beginning of the 12" overtop of the preceding record. "HI there!, HI~HI~HI~there!" hahaha! at the time, I thought that was cool as sh!t 8P St. Peter RULZ!! Thanks for the post p.s. that a 1200? 8)

  • i thot the drummer on this track was Manu Katche or was that Sledgehammer... getting old

  • Yep that was manu...:-)

  • OMG...That Slap Bass...I embarrass myself with my "Air Bass Prowess"

  • The legendary Tony Levin on the bass!!!!

  • How incredibly cool! Thanks!!!!!!!

  • Mmm. Youtube in stereo. Nice.
